"I enjoyed that staff would let me walk around as much as I wanted and would leave me alone to sleep in my room if I asked. They did not constantly come into to my room."
"When I first met Dr. Hong, I was very impressed. He was very willing to go through my list of questions that I had about the surgery and the complications. I saw Dr. Hong once the morning of surgery for a last minute update and a few times while I was in the hospital after surgery and he was still willing to help me if I had questions. His office staff are really helpful and nice but the one down fall I found is not to schedule an appointment until 8:30am. They do not open the door until 8:15 or closer to 8:30 so you just have to wait out on the hallway benches. I would definitely suggest you use Dr. Hong because he is friendly, willing to help, and seems very concerned for his patients. "
