2nd Month :) Well, things have been going really well so far. I'm able to listen to my body better than i ever have in my whole life. My energy levels are finally coming back, too. Stepped on the scale this morning and it said i've lost a total of 32 lbs.:) I feel like i'm losing at a safe pace and my body is able to catch up to the loss. I can't tell you how good it feels to know that i'm not gaining anymore! It's so exciting being a loser!!:) I hope everyone is doing well...until next time!

I went to see my PCP on Thurs. and stood on their scale and it said i had lost a grand total of 25 lbs in one month! I go for my official one month check up with my surgeon on the 18th, so i'll get my stats there, too.:) And a hefty dose of B 12 i hope! (snoozy) I can't wait for winter to be over and the warmth of spring to be here! Well, that's all for now! Until next time...keep thinking positive thoughts!;)

Hi everyone!:) Just an update--i'm posting this from a friends house and i just stepped off of her scale--I'VE LOST 13LBS ALREADY!!!! It's only been 9 days since my surgery! I can't believe it!!! I've been noticing little changes in my face and legs (i can feel my shin bones!:)so, i knew that i was losing some weight, but i had no idea how much and how FAST! I'll post more to my profile about my hospital stay and such, soon. Bye for now.:)

I just talked to Tammy, and she came through with flying colours! In a bit of pain, but more/different pain meds are helping with that! Tammy sounds great!!!!!! Another sister crosses over. *HUGs* Tammy!!!!!!

MY Profile, I wish you all the best with your surgery and a fast recovery period. You were right when you said that in order to be here for your son you had to do something about your weight. As the weight decreases and your health increases your son will gain a mom that loves to do anything and everything. Thank you for the quote from the movie Signs.
