Brenda, I just wanted to offer you a hug and encouragement. I had a major case of the "frights" just before my surgery...the nurses in pre-op at Cedars-Sinai were even talking about it, that's how bad it was! All in all, the surgery went great...I'm nearly 10 months out and down 125lbs. And when your husband offers you his encouragment, "Believe him!" Don't be like me...believing every negative thing someone says to me, but not trusting the positive things said. = >

Brenda, this is a life altering surgery. Its perfectly normal to be emotional about it. Hang in there, you're going to do just great!
