John Huse
"I have coronary artery disease and suffered a heart attack two years ago, so I never considered I would be a candidate for bariatric surgery. However, after my last heart procedure my Cardiologist recommended the surgery and suggested I have Dr. John Huse, calling him a "doctor's doctor". He told me if he were having it, this is the man he'd want to do it. So far I've had one meeting with Dr.Huse at my initial consultation. He was very informative and answered every question answered. I felt very reassured. I would describe him as a soft spoken and quiet person, but I'd rather have the best surgeon than someone who cracks jokes all the time. He thoroughly explained the risks, the importance of staying with the program, including support groups, exercising after surgery and why some experience difficulties. He explained the risks of blood clots and the mortality rate. Even though I've only had one meeting with him, I liked him very much."
