I too am a Jehovah's Witness and I have had no problem with my surgeon, I am curious though about the iron pills and such because I have low iron I have been taking iron pills once a day along with a daily vitamin I wonder if it is enough. My surgery is scheduled for the 4th of November 2 days after our Special Assembly. I am Glad to find some witnesses on this site I was looking for you guys, one of our dear sisters just had the surgery with the same surgeon I am using and she had no problems, she had her Medical Directive and the brothers where there she was well taken care of. I am looking forward to my surgery I just need to build up my iron and blood count. Best wishes to you. Dorinda Anderson

Hello everyone at AMOS, Nancy is on the other side and doing good. Her husband(Sam)called to say she was out of surgery and doing well. She will be moved to the intensive care unit for the night. Her surgery only took 1 hour and 15 minutes.I guess they were about 15 minutes late starting which gave her some time to think about it. We all know how those last few minutes feel like an eternity. Will update as I get more information. Deb
