Debra, no more smoking. Just picture what your lungs look like when you smoke. They're all bulging and black with tar. You want good pink lungs so you can breathe easier. I'm sorry, I don't know what you're going through. I'm not a smoker, but I have seen lungs from a smoker, and they're not pretty. We all have our vices, but some need to be given up. I know...I'm rambling. I'll be thinking of you. Congratulations on your achievement so far!!!
