Sheri, Don't make me come over there and spank you. First of all STOP beating yourself up. Each day give it your best. Do what you can. You will get back on track I know you don't want to be left behind. Just make some suttle changes and everything will start-up again. I am having my surgery on 10/29.. So get crackin girl you will need to keep me up in a about two weeks. But I do know you just can't beat yourself up. I can tell you are a sweetie... so hang in there. Many Hugs. Carol

Hi Sheri! Good luck with your 5K race -- what an awesome goal and achievement (yes, "achievement" ... because you WILL do it!). Please post and let everybody know how it went. I hope to run a 5K someday soon, too, so you gotta do it just so I can have a role model. ;-D Just go steady and strong, and you'll make it at your own pace. Congrats on your progress so far -- keep on going!
