I not only reached my goal weight but I am under my goal by 3 pounds.  I have a new lease on life and my only regret is that I didn't do this for myself years ago.  I still sometimes think can I fit into that seat or will I be able to do that with the kids and then my brain catches up and says YES I CAN!!  It is a wonderful feeling to be able to shop were I want, go where I want to and do the things I want.  I am healthy and happy and proud of myself and my accomplishments!!

I just made 5 months post surgery on 1-21-09 and I saw the Dr. today.  I am down 103 lbs!!!  He says I am doing fantastic.  I feel so great!!
