Pat, Hysterectomies are MUCH worse than by pass. Been there, done that.. It will take you 6-8 weeks to get your energy back. Be patient, it will happen but it is a long haul! Just rest and let it happen. I hope the time passes quickly! God's blessings and peace sent your way Tami
