Patricia, I drink a protein powder that is soy based, and add soy milk (vanilla) with it. You could also add some fruit if you would like. I like Silken soy milk. I hope this works for you. Mari

Hi Patricia~~I just read your post and wanted to offer you a word of support and encouragement. I'm not sure the amount of pre-cancerous cells you have or where they are located, but a friend of mine had cervical cancer, and they were able to remove about 1/2 of the cervix, and they think they got it all. She can still have kids, she's only 26, but it was an alternative before a full hysterectomy (sp). I hope that you find out about all your options, if you are a litte weary of it. I will keep you in my prayers, and hope that God heals and comforts you.
