yeah yall can just guess what i ate for dinner!!! some1 else paid and i really didn't feel like cooking. don't get me wrong i love to cook but i just hate to do dishes. 
but i digress
on to a better topic i go food shopping next week and due to the encouragement of some of my new friends on here i will be picking up some of those diet frozen meals and i will just fix my family something else. i hope this works in my mind i want to do this and my heart maybe when i fix my sleep apnea problem it will be much easier on me.
so people in my comments tell me what is your fav frozen diet meal the brand and what dish it is!! till later i'm out!!oxoxo

ok so i wet for my consult to see if i have sleep apnea. well i'm no doctor but i think so. i hate disturbing Cliff with my snoring wile he watches tv. but i am to go in at the end of this month. i don't talk to some of my family all like that and i just found out that my step sister had the lap band done and a friend of mine is getting it done pretty soon. i found a old friend of mine on here so slowly but surely i am building a support system.
