I have been through so much stuff lately.  On March 30Th or March 31st I have to have a new joint put in my big toe and arthritis off the bone,  the joint originally was in there was bad they told Shane.  Surgery was 2 hours and 30 Min's or so..  Then after 4 months or so I fractured the toe and it swelled up so bad I was back into the boot i was in when i had the surgery.  AHHHH can anything go right for me right now.  I'm lacking of working out.  My diet is some what okay.  Trying to get back on track.  Now I'm starting to get migraines or headaches and they are VERY BAD.  They gave me Seizure medication that makes you loose weight and it prevents headaches at the same time.  Bam Just what i need LOL.  The pill Is WORKING, YAY!   I hardly eat anymore like i used too.  Before I would eat every 5 minutes and would eat a lot the throw up.  NOT GOOD.  Now I'm eating better and slow because the pill gives me a less food craving and hardly no appetite which is good. So basically,  I'm doing Little better each day but my foot still bothers me a lot.  I will up date my friends more often as I should.   

 I have been having trouble losing weight since September 2011,  I probley gained like 15 lbs.  Im worried im going to gain all my weight back plus more.  I do not want that to happen... If anyone has advice on how they are losing weight or tips please let me know im scared about my weight going up.  I did also find out that my pouch has not expanded or streched out at all.  It is in the shape i had it done with in 12-08-10.  I think my problem is my eating and lacking of excersze.  At this point i can not exercize because of my right foot,  Having surgery 04-2012. I will be laid up for about a month with a boot on. Feel free to leave any advice of tips on how you lost yoir weight.

I have a Endoscopy scheduled for January 10th, Arrival time is 1:20pm.  The reason why im having this done is because Im always having food stuck by my pouch and it Hurts alot.  Im also vomiting up my food and having loose stool along with vomiting.  They put me on a medication where when you swollow i t it coats the ulcer with like a gel form.  They are thinking im getting an ulcer because im throughing up so much and coughing up thick stuff.  They are also thinking that some of it is getting into my lungs thats whey im coughing alot.  They also increased my Nexium to two times a day.  I hope things are okay and nothing bad is happening.  After the endoscopy is done there goin to tell me what they saw and what they did and help me get back on track with eating better and drinking more fluids.  I also walked 3 miles today and 6 miles yesterday.  Im slowing getting back on track wtih working out again from all this Happening to me.  Wishing everyone a Healthy And Happy New years to everyone out there. 

 So over the weekend i was diagnosed with Kidney Infection on saturday, Sunday i get a phone call saying im not resistant to most antibiotic's right now.  The only one's that work is Iv Medications and Iv Fluids.  OR there is a medication where my insurance wouldnt pay.  So i had no choice to go into the hospital.  So i get there by the ambulance and they get me there to uw hopsital... I get there they hook me up to the breathing matchine because my oxigen levels were down a bit.  Pulse and blood pressure was okay.  We stay in the emergancy room for close to 5 hours before i get answers.  I find out im suppost to be admited.  Not GOOD.  I stay there until this afternoon. That's 2 1/2 days of waiting for answers.  I find out its a Kidney Infection and Bladder infection.  Now im on nasuea medications and pain meds... Im also on iv fluids and iv medications at home now with an iv in my arm.  All i gotta say is this is hell for me.  I never though this would happen to me.  I hate this..............

 What's next for me?  I  have a kidney infection now and they put me on an antibiotic and pain medication... Never had one so this is all new to me.  

 I had a great work out tho today, walked 3 miles on my walk at  home dvd.  

 I got my weight yesterday and guess what?  Im down to 209.6 lbs.  can this be true?  I guess i will take that weight any day LOL.  Im just so excited to see my weight down that far.  Shane looked at me and I keep like saying is this true?  He said kara you look like you are 209-210 range.  Im taking that answer LOL.  YAY! 

Weigh in time, I am offically 220.6.  Started at 304.5, I lost about 84 pounds, YAYAYAY!!!!!
             


 

 Guess what everyone, I can cross my legs now.  Im so excited.  Lost a total of 80 LBS, Down to 222 pounds.  YAY!

It's Official, Im getting married November 22nd, 2011.  Getting married in feb Failed because of some things came in the middle of getting married.  We are planing it for november because we want to be comfortable with the Money.  IM So excited!  :) 

 Surgery went okay,  They had a hard time getting the pin out of my right food so they had to go in and clip both ends that were causing the problem and I acctully feel better today then yesterday but alittle sore.  Last night we had the worst storm that we had in ages here in Verona, WI.  Tree's were struck by lightning and wind was up to 60 mph.  Trees are everwhere laying on the sidewalks and streets and even yards.  Our electric went out for a short time so we lighted some candles and then a tornado was touched down between Mount Horeb,Wi  and Verona,WI  Things are okay and settled down now but we might have more rain today and some winds.  Hoping for some positives out of all this.  Bad timming for this storm after surgery.  AHhhhh thank god im alive thats all I can say.  Hope everyone stays safe out there. ~ HUGGS~
