KIDNEY STONES.....

Bad news 1st.. I have kidney stones.... I spent Sunday in the ER at AGMC. After two cat scans they found the stones. I was having blood in my urine and slight pain in my back so I decided to go to the ER. I had a great DR in the ER who wasn't letting me leave without finding out what was wrong with me. So off to the Uroligist Thursday... Fun Fun....
Good News..
I have lost 89 Lbs.... Woo hoo... The weightloss is much slower now.. I have had several weeks that I don't lose anything. Hope to hit the 2oo's by the end of this week.. Now that will be exciting..... I can't remember the last time I was in the 200's maybe late 80's. I have been excercising. Walking daily, weights, and areobic swim classes.
Well, off for a walk now....

Hi Friends,
Ok, I have been bad.... Not posting much... Not staying in touch.. Please forgive me.. I have been so busy with life.. I have a few weeks left of school and that will free up my time a bit. I have put the condo up for sale so hopefully that will sell quickly. We found a house that we are going to buy once the condo sells.
The weight loss has been going well. I am down 70 lbs at 3 months. I have hit a platue for the last 2 weeks. Hopefully that will be ending soon. I feel so much better with the weight gone. I have started doing my work out at least once a day. 10 inches are gone from my waist. Maybe this weekend I will get to have measurments taken again and see how many inches I have lost. I will keep you posted. Off to work... Happy St Patty's day to all....

Today is my 2 month anniv since surgery. I have lost 54 lbs. I am so excited. I can't wait for the next 38 lbs. Hopefully they will keep coming off quickly. I do need to exercise more. I'm going to start going the the Wellness center. My class starts tomorrow night at Akron U. I am taking a class for Medical Coding and Billing. Anyone need a medical biller?? LOL Take care

We went to a party in Cleveland NYE and had a good time dancing. Hope your NYE was good too. Now for 2007. The year for changes. Things have been going really well. I find that I am missing my comfort foods less and less. TV commercials do not bother me like they used to. I keep working on eatting mostly protein to fill me up. Monday the 8th its back to work time....boohoo....whawwww Oh well, we have some goals. Hopefully, we will sell the condo and buy a house this year. This Friday I have an appt with the NUT she is going to be measuring our body fat. Can't wait to get on the scale and see if I lost more pounds. I will keep ya updates.....

Tuesday was the Holiday Party from the surgeon. It was so nice to see Judi, Marti, Paula and I got to meet some others. I am still on liquids so I didn't get to have of the yummy looking food or wine..... Tomorrow is my appt with the Nut. I can move on to blended foods...... I can't wait.........

I just got back from AGMC. I had my pre OP visit for surgery today. So with that done, which was one of my last things to do before surgery I now have one week exactly to go before surgery. My surgery is at 11:30a 12-11-06. I am nervous, scared, all the normal feelings people have before surgery. But I am not as bad as I thought I would be. Friday I have to have my last meeting with the Nut. Friday is also my 40th B-day. Woohoo I still have to finish Christmas shopping for my fiance. I cant decide what to get him............ Everyone else is done and wrapped.
