Hi Robyn!!!! Congrats on your 30 lb weight loss in your first month postop!!!! You are doing FABULOUS!!!!!! And not to worry about 4 days of not losing. You'll most likely have lots of these days, and it's ok... Just keep doing the right things and know that the weight loss WILL happen!!!!! Hugs :) Caroline

Hi Robyn!!! Congrats on your awesome start in your journey! I am so so happy to hear you are home and doing well :) :) :) It's 12 pm here and boy is this body tired!!!! LOL Talk about a busy afternoon and night!!!!! I'll be home during the day tomorrow if you want to give a call, and tomorrow will be the first ObesityHelp Orange County support group meeting at the OH offices (Irvine Spectrum at the Quest Software Building). Hope you might join me and everyone who'll be attending! The invite is open to everyone reading too! :) I'll be going to the Coastal meeting on Thursday as well and you are welcomed to ride in with me. Hugs! Caroline

^j^ ANGEL FLYING IN!!! ^j^ Thank you to everyone who took a moment to sign Robyn's surgery support page! Robyn is doing fantastic! She had her surgery on Friday and will be leaving the hospital today. She's done wonderfully and fortunately has had little pain. Her dear hubby has been with her every step of the way and I've no doubt will continue to be there for her every step. Please join me in welcoming Robyn home!!!!! I'm so happy for you Robyn!!!!!
