Robyn, Regarding protien shakes. I drink ISOPURE it is a protien drink, not a shake. You have not thick gritty, chalky nasty after taste. It's great! Tastes like punch. It comes in three flavors punch, apple melon and grape. I get mine from Baileys Gym. I'm sure if you go on line you could find it cheaper. It has 40 grams of protien, twice as much as the shakes, and you don't have to drink as much, which is quite hard to do after surgery. Best of Luck to you on your new journey. Hi Robyn!!! Can't wait to meet you in person tomorrow night and how neat that your consult/preop appts are all this Tuesday :) I will be there for my 1 year follow up appt so will see you then too :) LOTS of hugs and feel free to call anytime!!!! Oh, for protein shakes, I TOTALLY recommend the VHT Extreme Smoothies and VHT Real Protein :)

Hi Robyn!!! I am soooo happy for you on getting your surgery date!!! Hubby and I are still in PA and next week will be in AZ, but the following week and the week of your surgery, I will be home! Hi Robyn! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give you our support, lend an ear and not judge.
