OMG! Shay you look MARVELOUS! I am of the same weight post op as you were. I have lost 41 lbs at 8 weeks out. Can you give me any tips on how to do this successfully? I hope that I can look as good as you do once I have lost my weight. My hair is very long also I like what you have done with your hair it suits you well. It frames you very nicely. Congratulations on a weight loss done well!

Hi Shay, You look absolutely FABULOUS! Congratulations, keep up whatever you're doing. In my eyes you're no longer fat but I know how our heads work. I've lost 104 pounds and other than my clothes being really big on me I just don't see it! lol God Bless and continued success to you!!!

Hi..I had the same pain but it happened at 3 1/2 weeks post op and I know it is excruciating (hope I spelled it correct) None the less it hurts like a you know what!!!!! I wanted to ask have you had a bowel movement? If not try taking some milk of magnesia (of course ask the doc first) but once I got things moving again I started to feel better. And the truth is the walking does help....Feel good soon!!! Melissa :)

Hey all, it is actually me!!! I am 5 days post-op and I survived and according to my surgeon, am doing fabulously well. I can't sit up and type for long but thank goodness it is over. I'll post in a day or two when I can everyone else's stuff anf catch up on the news. All I can say now is it HURTS!!! I didn't know it was going to hurt this bad. But I will say honestly that it hurts less every day. Love to all, no matter where you are on your journey.
