My story begins after college. I was not always a big girl. I came dowm to the south from San Jose, California. The first thing you learn is to eat for every occasion. I never had to worry about my weight. Every place I went to had food even the gas station, you can get a hot meal and gas at the same time. WOW the food is so so good. Then life started happening and kids came and weight came and before I knew it I was referred as the big person... What were did that come from?? Hamburgers, FF, po boys and resting working long hours and coming home tried eating and rushing to bed for another busy day. Not noticing the larger clothes more uncomfortable positions such as sitting getting up from a sitting position. It is time to start a new life for my kids and myself to be healthier and happier. My journey begins...
