Lost 40lbs....

Today I have lost 40lbs. It has been a process that includes exercise and good choices. It has not been the easiest thing to do but I have made it to 40lbs and counting. My goal will happen. I need to move up my excerise routine a bit more. Happy Holidays everybody will post new pis in the near future.. Thanks

Anybody out there feel like the energy level will never come back they are wrong... I finally feel like I can return to work. I go see my doc Wed. maybe they will let me return Thursday or Sat. Good luck everybody out there in OH the newbies, the ones-thinging about WLS and everbody....

Well I am down 14lbs. Horray I did it I finally feel good today 10 days out. My smiles are big and I wil; keep my OH family posted....Happiness is 14 lbs gone....

I had my surgery 09/10/07. Everything went well. I have 6 incision sites. I feel nausated 
and very weak. I get tried even when I walk in my own house.Maybe things will be better tommorrow. Will keep everyone posted... Eva (slimeva)
