OMG I have been so bad with this thing. I had no idea that it's been so darn long since I last updated. Not much has changed. I went to Everest Institute for the Medical Assistant program. Did that for 8 months....Started in October '07 and finished on Mother's Day. Did that on Saturday's and Sunday's from 8am to 6pm. Two days later, I started my externship. Had to do 160 hours of that (just finished that last Friday). Now I'm just waiting to see if they're gonna hire me. Our graduation ceremony is July 18. I can't wait for that. I'm graduating with honors and I'm proud of myself. Hopefully I'll have a job soon.

Well, it's now April 20. We moved to Texas on February 7. We stayed with my best friend down here for 2 weeks till we could move into our apartment. Things went great. I really like it here. If my friend wasn't here I never would have agreed to the move. It happened out of the blue. Hubby said as soon as we got our tax return we were gone. Well, we got all the tax papers, went to H&R Block, got the money, got a  POD, plane tickets, sent the apartment complex a deposit and about a week later we were on a plane down here. Kids are doing great, hubby still doesn't have a job (and he's on my last nerve), still on unemployment (seems to think it's a deserved vacation), but otherwise it was a good move. I'll update again in a day or so. Just wanted to let evearyone know I'm still alive. Hubby spends a lot of time tinkering with the damn computer these days, so it's hard for me to get on. I'll do my best.

Well, Christmas has come and gone, and so has another year. This year really sucked big time, so I'm hoping that 2007 will be a hell of a lot better. I've been in a permanent bad mood it feels like, so I really hope that changes. Maybe then I'll spend more time here communicating with everyone.

After a bit of a mishap yesterday with Alexis, things are ok now. She fell in the tub and got a gash in her chin and chipped a tooth. She's ok so I'm better too. Not much else is going on in my boring life. Yeah, I'm a real exciting person. The holidays are coming up fast and we don't know what we're going to do so we're stressing about that. Just hoping things start looking up soon.

Hopefully this all starts coming together. For some reason I can't get all of my info from my other profile to switch over to this one. Guess I'll have to have a copy emailed to myself, otherwise I'll just start over. I hope you enjoy what I have so far. I'll be working on this little by little, hopefully making it look better.
