"From beginning to end, I felt the staff at Abbott was fantastic. My surgery was the first on the books at 7:30 so I had to check in at 5:30. Even at 5:30 everyone was smiling and cordial. Knowing that I had never had surgery before, the were very patient with me and made me feel comfortable at every turn. After I was weighed and changed they let my family come back and sit with me until the OR was ready. I have to say that the staff is just as attentive to the family members as they are to the patient...they really view it as a package deal. Overall, my family and I both were completely delighted with every aspect of Abbott and their wonderfully caring, attentive staff."
