Getting ready for the big day...

Well yesterday I went to see my surgeon for the last time b4 my surgery next Thursday. Both my wife and daughter came along. I am having an open RNY to also get a hernia fixed at the same time. Tomorrow I am getting an IVC filter (makes me a bit nervous) and then my preop testing on Friday. Then I have to go drop my daughter off at college (sp?) Then I come back to get my preop clearance from my PCP. I am getting a little concerned about the fact that I know I have to go directly to ICU from recovery.
