"So far, I am VERY happy with my choice of surgeon. Dr. Chiang is kind and patient, most importantly, he is never patronizing. The staff are helpful and friendly as well. Elmbrook Hospital, which is where the surgeries are performed, has a great reputation. Dr. Chiang's office people helped me to coordinate lab test dates and kept trak of the paperwork and I was approved within minutes of having the last bit of labwork sent to them. My only complaint (and it is rather small) is that there was one occasion when someone at the office did not get back to be in a timely fashion. "
