Hello my name is Kimberly. I'm 20 years old, and I am from Ashland Kentucky. My story is probably just like every other story =) I have been generally heavy set since I was about 6, but didn't become obese when I had my son at a young age. I gained 106lbs with him and never been able to lose it and keep it off. I have tried any and every diet you can imagine. From the Atkins, Slim Fast, Weight Watches, South Beach, Jump Start, Diabetic, 1500 Cal, to starving myself. Lost weight yes, but I just ended up putting it right back on PLUS more. I'm tired of being unhappy and miserable with life and with myself. I have been restricted of doing the things that I love to do because of weight. I'm tired of being looked down upon just because I'm over weight. Main reason I am here is for myself. My family loves me dearly and of course they dont want to see anything happen to me, but the road I was on before i looked into weight loss surgery I would probably have a diabetes, heart disease,ect by the time I am 30, and I want to be able to see my son graduate, and live my life to the fullest with my future husband =D I'm a quiet chick, dont have many friends bc I hide behind and in my large self =D there for I do enjoy chatting online ESPECIALLY with people going through or going to go through the same thing as I. I would appreciate any help or advice from anyone who wants to give it =)
