I am so glad that i had the surgery. My main goal is to never go over 189 pounds. I like wearing a size 12 jeans and size 8-10 shirts. I plan to keep exercising and eating right.
Still loosing weight

Hello friends. I have still been hanging in there. I am keeping off the weight, it feels good to weigh 185. My next short-term goal will be 179 pounds, then I will go from there. I have been wearing a size 12 blue jeans. I have a lot of skirts that are sizes 8 and 10 . I haven't figured out how my dress and skirt sizes are so much smaller than my blue jean size. My friends say it is because my waistline is small....My waist size was a 29 at my last doctors appointment..yay!!!
I may aim to weigh between 160-165lbs, (maybe less, depending on how I look and feel) we will see.
I give God all the glory for my sucess, I have not had any health issues, He has seen me through indeed!

The scale

I previously posted that I was down to 190 lbs; well I am actually 194lbs. I sensed that I was loosing weight fast, when the scale would show that I was loosing about a pound a day. So I invested in a new nicer scale. I loved the idea of having a 100 pound weight loss;oh well, I guess when I drop four more pounds, I 'll post it again..lol!!!

I am down to 192 pounds and I feel great. I am wearing a size 14 pants. I even have a skirt that is an 11/12. my shirt size is medium. II've decided to concentrate more on weightlifting. I still enjoy walking, but I really want to continue to tone up. God is so good to me. He leads me through this journey. I know that I will be successful with the Lord on my side...in Jesus name!!!

Well I am proud of myself. I have been doing 13 minutes everyday on my bike. I have the type of bike with the handles that go back and forth and the fan in the wheel for resistance. I know that some people say " What only 13 minutes?' BUT I started off doing less than that. My body is getting toned, especially my legs..so i am proud of myself. My last current weight was 208 lbs. I will weigh myself again sometime this week.

I am trying everyday to make the best choices I can with eating and moving my body. I really do not like to say that I am exercising. It works better for me just to say that I am active. I like bike riding so I do that. I try to walk in place and lift weights while watching TV. I am down to 208. I have lost 82 pounds and I praise the Lord for that. When I loose 40 more pounds I will be on the high end of my goal weight; however I do not just want to top there. I would like to be near the low end of my weight range for my height( 5'8").

ok I am down to 211..I was able to get into a size 14 dress!!! Thank you Jesus..that is 79 pounds gone..soon I'll be at my 100 lb mark

I am so glad that it is Friday. Did not work out as much this week. I've been doing my arm circles daily. I will be posting some pictures soon. I have lost 77 pounds and now down to 213. I will be happy when I get out of the 200's. I think a good weight for me would be between 140-168 or so. I do not have a certain weight number, just a range, I'll know when I get there. I'm 5'8.
Fall is here

Well, the fall is here and I am trying to get in the swing of things. I loved walking on my lunch break but now it is getting cooler. My plaln is to get a work out before I go to work so then there is no "afterwork excuse". I am down to 219 and happy to change that middle number. Small goals are good to have. My next small goal is to change that middle number to a zero, so 209, here I come, then 199 and lower..lower..lower.......

Since my surgery I do not find so much joy and comfort in food. I find my self doing other things or trying to find other things to do. Have you ever found yourself in the kitchen about to get a snack..and you think..Hey I'm not hungry ..what am I doing?!!! So I've been more careful. I've been riding my stationary bike. I am down to 223lbs(yay!)
