Still underconstruction

 Well fall is here and it is getting cool.  I've been walking on my lunch break for about 20-25 minutes.  Well now that the weather is changing, I will work out before work or when I get off of work.  Today I decided to work out after work. I chose to ride my stationary bike.  Wow. I only did 10 minutes and felt like I really really really worked out.  I 've been weight-lifting for toning nearly every day and I do see results.  I am down to 224 pounds.  I believe that it is very possible for me to be under 200 pounds by the end of the year!

Today is wonderful

 Well I have been walking everyday on my lunch break . I like walking, it is a stress reliever for me. It gives me time to talk to God and listen to music.  I also have been enjoying weight lifting, I've been working on my upper body strength and tone.  I am down to 228 pounds(yay..I'm in the 220's, the teens are next!).

Still hanging in there

 I am still hanging in there.  I have been walking everyday on my lunch break.  I'm also getting used to weight lifting ,I've been concentrating a lot of the weightlifting on my upper body.  Well I am down to 228 pounds and counting( down of course).  I was a size 24. I currently wear 16/18.

I am ready to REALLY start concentrating on better workouts, especially weight lifting, I'm down to 237 pounds and I want to boost my weight loss.  I'm going to try the slimquick protein at CVS ( as recommended by one of my OH partners) . I have been using EA protein mix in chocolate, which isn't too bad. I'll check back in later....

I'm trying everyday

Hello everyone. I am down to 239 lbs( thank you Jesus!) It feels good to continue to give away my clothes that are too big.  When I look at myself I can see the weight falling off.  I go for walks during the week.  I am really trying to do my arm circles and boxing everyday to keep my arms toned.  I have not written down what I have eaten in a few days, so I am going to start that back up.  Keep in touch and be encouraged!

I'm getting there

O.k, I posted two pictures and I noticed that they are face shots only.  I currently have two full body before pictures , so I guess I will post a full body pic in the next couple of  days.  I need to get used to taking a full body picture again, it's been so long.  I have gone from a 48 waist to a 40 waist according to my doctor; however I believe I went from a 46 to a 38( I will be re-checking that tonight because I had my clothes on when they measured me).  I'm at about 247 lbs and counting.

hanging in there

Well, I'm still here. I give the Lord all the honor and glory for helping me through this.  I am learning to chew up my food until I cannot chew it up anymore..lol  I am down to 248 and it feels good to fit into my clothes better and to wear things that I couldn't get into before.  STILL TRYING TO FIND THAT TASTY PROTEIN SHAKE..I AM SURE IT IS OUT THERE SOMEWHERE.

feeling better

Well I feel way better than I did last week, week three begins for me this week.  I am really trying hard to get liquid and protein in.  The pain is gone. I have a bloating feeling at times.  Well I am down to 255, from 290, which is wonderful.  Keep me in your prayers.  I give all the glory to the Lord for helping me and carrying me through this journey.

Hey everyone, I am trying to get these fluids down.  Does anyone know any protein drinks that taste good? let me know. Wow they really loaded me up with lots of fluids. I know walking is important. I am trying to do that too.  I know that as each day goes by, I will get better and better.
