"Dr. Syn is very thorough in explaining every detail and answering all questions during his consultation. He made me feel very comfortable and after hearing him speak for just a few minutes I was very confident in his abilities as a surgeon. His staff was very friendly and helpful. He carefully explained why obesity is such an epidemic. He lined out the different types of surgeries in a manner easily understandable. And explained his after care program. He is the most detailed person I've ever come across! He doesn't over look anything! The hospital staff spoke very highly of him when I was having my pre-op testing done. He even has a standing order for special hospital beds for all of his patients. He holds a monthly support group for his patients, and personally attends them! I only wish he would put them online so his out of town patients could attend. I'm so glad I had him do my surgery. "
