*My first impression of Dr. Jay Jan was that he was very professional,soft spoken & shy. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions.
*My thoughts about his office staff were that they were unorganized,not very professional and did not take care of my needs. I found myself doing all the footwork. But next door where I did all my pre-op appointments are as follows;
*My thoughts about The Obesity Clinic with Christy Powers & Cammie are good thoughts. They were considerate and were on top of everything. They kept in constant contact with me, whether it be phone or via email.I thought they were great!

I fisrt met him when he was assisting Dr. Patterson with new patients. When finally completing all requirments for surgery Dr Patterson was on leave. So Dr Jan was the doctor chosen to do my surgery.

His office staff have always been vrey courteous.

He could stand to be a little more personal.

I felt comfortable with Dr. Jan

I don't feel pressured about aftercare.
I see a dietician.

I discussed risks with several people in the office.

He did a good job. I am doing very well.

I think his surgical competence is better than bedside manner.
