YABBA DABBA DOOOO!!!! ANGEL UPDATE ~^j^~ Lorie Beaumont sounds great this morning and has been able to have her liquid meals this a.m. She said the IV'S were going off and she was headed for home today. What a difference 1 day can make!! So Lorie just hug that pillow while your going down the bumpy highway, I'm doing the happy dance for you!! Keep on smiling*** Your ~^j^~

~^j^~ Update for Lorie Beaumont. Just got off the phone with Lorie and she still sounds a little out of it, as I'm sure everybody does with all the walking and breathing exercises they have to do. If anybody would like to give some words of encouragement or prayers please do so. Thanks to all of you that have kept in touch with Lorie either by phone, cards, or AMOS!!Tomorrow shall be a better day!!!Keep that smile Lorie~~~~~ Your ~^j^~

~^j^~ I just got back from Fresno, Lorie Beaumont went through surgery just fine. She is very thankful for all the prayers that have been sent her way. She has been up walking and doing her breathing exercises. She was running a small temperature earlier this evening so the nurse was having Lorie do her exercises more often, which helped as her temp. was going down by the time I left. But, she is really looking forward to some good sleep. I was so glad that I was able to finally meet Lorie, she is just as nice as can be and she was even able to put that smile on her pretty face, even though she had just been out of surgery a couple hours. Keep On Smiling And Sweet Dreams Lorie!!! Your ~^j^~

Hi Lorie! I just called to talk to you and the nurse told me that you were up and walking. That is just great--very happy to hear that you are doing so well! Be a good girl and do what the doc tells you! You will be home soon and start being a loser!! HUGS!

I want to thank all of you that took the time to write Lorie Beaumont a note of encouragement and for all the prayers, for her surgery on the 13th!! I'm sure her family and friends appreciate it also. We'll be seeing you on the other side Lorie. I will try to get back to this site to post about Lorie's surgery either late Monday or Tuesday afternoon. If anybody would like to sign Lorie's card please do!! Thankyou !! Your ^j^ Marcia

Dear Lorie... I loved your comment about WLS taking the guilt out of eating pre-op. I have felt the same way during my wait. What a wonderufl feeling it is! May God bless you as you begin your new life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
