don't freak out. Are you getting ready to start your period? or have you been lifing weights and are gaining muscle? I havent had surgery yet. But I gain up to 5lbs, sometimes a week before my period. I know from my sister lifting weights that she lost inches but gained some weight because muscle weighs more than fat. Best of luck to you!

I can't believe how long it has been since I've posted!!! I started a new job as Asst. Manager of a pet store on October 24, and around that same time I became an Independent Consultant for Creative Memories scrapbook products so since then I've just been busy busy busy!

Tomorrow I will officially be 4 months post op! I've lost 86 3/4 pounds and have dropped from a very tight women's 32 into a very loose women's size 26! I am SO excited to be under 250 pounds for the first time since I was 14 years old!!!!!!!

With work and everything I haven't had the chance to get into the gym yet like I wanted, but I've got my dues paid up and as soon as this Christmas busy season passes I'm going to start on a regular exercise program hopefully 3 times each week!

Prayers and positive thoughts to everyone having surgery in the coming weeks. I miss you all and hope to have time to come back more frequently very soon!

My new mini goal is to be down to 270 pounds (the weight listed on my driver's license which I haven't been since age 17!) by my Dr's appointment on November 7. I'm not sure I can do it, that's 10 3/4 pounds in uder 3 weeks, but I'm going to try really hard!

Prayers and positive thoughts to all having surgery this coming week!!!

OMG I am SO excited!!!!!

I thought for sure I'd hit a plateau with only losing 1 1/2 pounds last week and then really feeling like I hadn't lost anything at all this past week. Well I'm 5 weeks post op today and I'm trying to keep a week by week loss journal to help me with my so I stepped onto the scales this morning just dreading it. BUT I LOST!!!!! Not a lot, only 1 1/4 pounds, BUT STILL I LOST!!!! I can't believe it!

I'm down a total now of 33 1/2 pounds!!! It's not as much as I was expecting at 5 weeks out, but after this last week I'm just thanking God that I had a loss!

Prayers and positive thoughts to everyone having their surgery this week, and to those still fighting for approval.
