Rhonda, I am five days post-op and was quite nervous pre-op. I am doing AWESOME five days out and am so glad that part is over with! The thing that helped me the most with my nervousness was reviewing the facts (depending on surgery type, etc.). The facts I had said only 1% of patients have commplications and the success rate of the surgery is 94%. I wish I could capitalize and bold these statistics because, when you think about it, those are great statistics. Best wishes for a smooth surgery and speedy recovery, keep thinking of all the benefits to your life the surgery will bring - and there are MANY ~michele
