Hi Diana, I again just read your profile and you are one heck of a woman, I am very fortunate to have you as my sister and I wouldn't trade you for anything in the world. I will be with you through the good and bad of this surgery (just as I know you will be there with me during mine). Our sense of humor has gotten us through a lot during our life time and it will get us through this too. We have so much to look forward to at a healthier weight, heck if we have had a blast during our heavyweight times, then it can only be 100% better as lightweights. Anyway, I will do my angel duties and keep everyone posted on how your surgery goes and I'll see you AT THE BETTER SIDE (like that much more than at the "other side". I guess I read too much Stephen King. Love you, Crystal

Hi everyone, if you haven't had a chance to read my sister's Diana updated profile. Do yourself a favor and enjoy. She is a hoot and has such a way with words. If anything can get her through this surgery, it has to be her sense of humor (and mine). She called me at work to tell me she survived the procedure, but never once mentioned to me that she stopped off to buy a protein bar. I guess she knew I would lose it and my laughter would be heard to the next floor. Oh my, what a sister I have....wouldn't trade her for the world.

Hi everyone, I am Diana's sister, Crystal, and I just wanted to let everyone know that I will keep you all posted after she has her surgery on August 28. I know everything will go smooth and as we always say, we already have a slew of guardian angels (literally) on the other side watching over us. This is something that both she and I want very much, scary as it is, it is time to live rest of our lives as just plain normal folk. In size 14 jeans would be fine by me.....lol. Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Crystal

Diana, I know exactly what your talking about and how you feel I am using Schauer also and they lost my paperwork once already. I am now waiting on insurance approval! Do you have any advice for me because I have finished all of my pre testing, I have UPMC Insurance. I hate this waiting game. Michele
