3 month surgiversary

Hardly any loss but my inches are going down!  Exercising is hardening up my muscles and I feel a hundred percent better!

My heaviest - 253.5
pre Optifast pre-op diet - 245   lost 9lbs (took 6 months!)
Day of VSG - 232  (lost 13lbs in 2 weeks!)
1 month surgiversay - 220   (lost 12lbs in a month)
2 month Surviversary 217.6 (lost 2.4 lbs)
3 month surgiversary 216.9 (lost .7 lbs)

Measurements

Bust 47 inches      (was 52 inches - loss 5 inches from start)
Waist 39 inches    (was 47 inches - loss 8 inches from start)
Hips 46 inches      (was 52 inches - loss 6 inches from start)
