"Dr. Im Was great when I met him, very compassionate and was really knowledgeable about the surgery. He made me feel completely at ease and awnsered all of my questions. I met with him several times and he was completely thourough every time we met, guiding me through the whole process. The Staff at Kaiser Richmond is great. They knew I was coming from far away and did everything they could to accomodate me, always calling me back promptly and they were all really friendly. Dr. Im and his staff were caredul to make sure that I knew exactly what to expect before during and after my surgery and helped me get set up so that afterward I would have all of the tools I needed to be successful. Overall I would have to say that Dr. Im is the best Dr. I could have ever asked for, always pleasant and helpful, took very good care of me and was just all in all amazing.."
