and everytime I come to this site I tell myself I am going to add some photos and particpate more.
Here I am 3 years out and still hanging in there. I haven't reached my personal goal of 150. Infact I have put on 10 lbs. Last night I was telling my mom, 10 lbs to someone like me who has been over 300, it's not alot of weight. The light blub went off in me, what is alot of weight. What amount will make me get focused to take that off and keep it off. See I am so thrilled at being under 200 thats what matters to me. I am thrilled that I can move again so 185 is ok with me. But what happens when that 10 becomes so ok with me I let more pile on?? So here I am looking for what I need to get that 10 off and try for more, or at least keep that off. Time to stop saying, well I read , blah blah blah. Time to stop saying as long as I'm under 200 blah blah blah. I started the peverbal protein train today. Not sure what all I need to do outside of protein only. Do I only do shakes for a few days? Or do I only do them for breakfast and lunch. So I'm off to see what I can find out.
