"I found Emma to be very professional. But I also felt her to be very concerned for my well being. Everyones well being. My first contact with her was during her informational session. There was no question in my mind that she knew what she was doing and she was top notch. None of this has changed, I still would recommend her to anyone. Her office staff could learn to practice privacy with regards to conversations that they have at the counter.
When you sign on with Emma, you sign on for life. The program is still evolving, but the foundation is definately there and improvements are always being made. I thought her competence and bedside manner was very high."
