I'm so sorry that this so late! I haven't checked the site in a while and was so happy to see that everything worked out and that you finally got a date and HAD the surgery! Anyway...
Congratulations on having your surgery and I hope that soon you'll be feeling better. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy and full recovery.

Gary went to visit my mommy today and she was still very sleepy from the pain killers. Her blood pressure is doing great and she has no hot flashes but still some palpatations. NG tube is going to be coming out tomorrow. She still has some pain by the incision on her tummy. She has a little bit of a fever still. Probably will have her own room tomorrow. She isn't aloud to have any liquids yet and we'll keep you updated. thanks for your support. ps- she is dying for a ciggarette and a beer!!! LOL.
Lucyann, honey sorry to hear you had a rough weekend. It is hard to be at home at first. Sending prayers your way for good feelings to return, and the incredible shrinking woman to begin! It will get better! Donna
My prayers are with you and your family as you start down what has started as a very bumpy journey. May God hold your hand and lead you through the days ahead. May He give you strength to stand through the trials and may you and your family grow closer to one another and to Him through the course of your recovery.
Lucy, I hope that everything from here on goes well for you. You've got a great daughter looking after you!! I'm sorry to hear that you had some complications. I'm sure that you will do great!! Keep strong and be positive! You'll be home in no time!
Hello everyone. My mommy was very sleepy today and we only visited for an hour or so. The nurses keep on poking her and waking her up. She is aloud to put ice in her mouth but is still not aloud to swallow any liquids. She's doing a whole lot better today. love, Theresa
