"When he walked into our group meeting, he was very personable, he went to each and every person, asked them their name and introduced himself. I am in the medical profession so I don't really need lamens terms but I felt he did a good job explaining how the procedures work, the statistics, and the reality of this surgery not being a cure but an aide.
