Well as of today I have lost a total of 244 pounds. Its been 13 1/2 months out. Im feeling so much better physically. I would have never believed i could lose so much weight and still losing. 15 more pounds till surgeons goal 51 more pounds till my goal.

Allison - CONGRATULATIONS on your wonderful weight loss and all your successes over the past year! I can only dream at this point, but will move to the losing side on November 21!

Went for my 1 year checkup today and i lost another 23 pounds that makes a total loss of 231 pounds. I cant believe it. I went from 495 to 264 in 1 year. I am so happy. If i can do it i know anyone can.

Today is my 1 year anniversary I cant believe its already been a year. Well i started out at 495 now im 271. I was wearing a size 5/6x now im in 22's. I am feeling so much better. Im still losing weight which i am very happy about. it does slow down at times but as long as im losing im happy. my personal goal is to be 200 pounds by my 18th month. so i have 6 more months to lose 71 pounds. if i dont do it by then i will do it. This was the best decision i ever made in my life.Thanks to all who have supported me in my journey.

Allison, congratulations to you. You have lost an incredible amount of weight in a short period of time. It is so good to see that someone our size can lose this much weight and not have to wait years and years to see the results. The results in our health and the medications that we have to take. Thank you for sharing as you have given me much hope for my weight loss. I hope that I can be as successful as you. Best wishes to you.
