Well i went to see Dr.Rehnke for my 11 month check up and ive lost another 6 pounds im kinda bummed that my weight loss has slowed but the dr. assured me that its normal at this stage of the game. So i now weigh 288 down 207 pounds. My start weight was 495 and im 5'11. Im only 88 pounds from my goal Yeah.

WOW, what a great weight loss, yu should be so proud of yourself. I lived in Largo for 5 years back in the 80's. A great place, we loved the beaches. I AM WAITING FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL. I have a surgery date of Nov.7

Allison, WOO HOO! A big CONGRATS on the weight you have lost. I started out at 446 and have lost about 178 lbs in almost 11 months. You are doing sooo great! Keep up the good job, we can do it! Doesn't it feel good to be a loser! I love it! Take care! Hugs!

Well went to the doctors today and ive lost another 8 pounds i am now offically under 300 pounds i am 294 which i havent seen in years. i have lost a totol of 201 pounds and only have 94 to go till goal.
