Hey everyone great news went for my 9 month check up and guess what i lost 28 pounds since my last month checkup all i can say is i cant believe it! I havent lost that much since the beginning of my journey. I started out at 495 now im 302 thats a total of 193 pounds gone forever. I just had to tell everyone. I cant wait to tell all at my next support meeting. I am meeting a surpassing my goals. Yipee for me LOL.

Well went for my 8 month check up lost another 15 pounds yippeeee!!!!!!!!! Thats now a total of -164 pounds gone forever. My doctor said i am past his expectations. It made me feel real good. I just cant believe how well im doing. Heres to me LOL.

Went to the doctors today for my 7 month check up and lost another 19.5 pounds YEAH thats a total of DRUM ROLL PLEASE -149 pounds gone forever. I am sooooooooooooooo HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well went to the doctors yesterday which was 4/10/03 and now have lost a total of 130 pounds I just cant believe how much weight ive lost. Thanks to all for your support.

Well i went to the doctors on feb 13th and made my first goal which was to lose 100 pounds by valentines day and yes i did it i lost exactly 100 pounds. YIPEEEEEE.

Well its been 6 weeks since my surgery and i am 46 pounds lighter. I can't believe it. I just hope the pounds keep falling off. I will now be weighed once a month so i will keep you all informed of my weight loss.Thanks for all the support.
