Dear Grace, HUG. Remember, ALL insurance computers are coded to deny anything related to weight loss. So you have to get to someone that can over-ride the system. Barbara Thompson's book "Surgical Weight Loss" tells a lot about how to get a reversal on the denial. Good luck, Tom

Grace, I am so sorry that you were denied. Don't give up. Fight, Fight, Fight. I was denied the first time and I wrote an appeal letter and put a package together and I won. You will win also. Good Luck and God bless you.
