HOLY COW!!!!! Your date is sooooo close. I hope all goes well for you and I hope the surgery angels surround you and protect you. Please check your email for a special msg from me and my husband. We both had wls in 2001 and are verrrrry happy with the results.

Lisa, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my open RNY on 12/10/01 and can honestly say that I have NO regrets other than not having had WLS several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life.

OK - what's up with the "I have a date!" page! Grrrrrrrr...I've been trying to get my name listed with the other people having their surgeries this week (my surgery is on Thursday, March 28th!!!) and I keep getting an error message when I hit enter. Also, I wanted to let people know that my angel is Kim O'Connell - no luck there either! Any suggestions? Anyway...I wanted to wish the best of luck to everyone who's having surgery this week, and say "way to go"!!!! Lisa (PS - WOW...OMG...It's almost HERE!!!! YIPPEE!!!!)
