Gail, well said, girlfriend! As a fellow non-dumper, I can totally relate to what you are saying. I have a sugar demon on my back that I am constantly fighting. As with all things, a little tolerance goes a long way. Thank you for your insightfulness!

Gail - I found it interesting to read your message about still thinking about food. I am in that boat also. I will be celebrating my 1 year anniversary on 24 Oct (I have lost 142 pounds or more) and still have food on my mind just about all the time. I wonder if it will ever go away.!Good luck in your weight loss future.
