i first met Dr. Kaderabek when he was about to operate on my mother, my first impression was very good. he was very kind and compassionate, and gave us(the family) a very simple easy to understand explaination of the surgery. He allowed us time for questions without making us feel rushed. The second time was when i went to his office for my consultation. Again he was very patient and informative. he is not a pushy Doctor, he states the facts and answers all questions very throughly. The nurses in his office were very kind and helpful as well. he actually has his patients take a litte post consultation test, to assess theat each person was able to grasp what is truely involved in this surgery. As of yet i have not had any other encounters with the Dr. so i cannot remark on any of the other points as of yet, but i will be sure to as soon as i know.
At first he seemed quiet. But after awhile I started to really like him. He was very nice.
I would rate him with a 8.

PATIENTS. SO YOU CAN BE INFORMED AND
ASK QUESTIONS WITHOUT FEELING
PRESSURED. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
PSYCH APPROVAL, NUTRITION PROGRAM, AND SUPPORT GROUP BEFORE APPROVAL..
THIS ALLOWS YOU TO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT. THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH IS YOUR
FINAL OK COMES FROM AN INTERNAL
MEDICINE SPECIALIST AND NOT THE SURGEON. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO GO OVER MY RESULTS WITH THE SURGEON.
Very soft spoken Dr. Answer all questions with no hesitation. Office staff at the center have been very helpful.After care program is set up at St. Vincent Carmel. Dr K. has addressed all questions and invites me to call with any other questions I may have. I have not have surgery yet. But have asked others how they would rate him. HE has recieved high grades from the others I have asked.
