Hi everyone. Well today is Connie's last day before she will be wheeled off only to return to the losing side w/ the rest of us. She starts her liquids today. All those who haven't visited her surgery page, please let's wish her well. I will be going to visit her on Tuesday and will be taking her page to her. We wish you well Connie.

Dear Connie~~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!on your upcoming surgery. I am so very excited for you. I have been coming to the message board since 1/02 and I have seen your posts often--you have always been open, sensitive and level headed in what you had to say. That's not always so easy. Thanks for that. Now-on to the really good stuff. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a successful procedure and a rapid recovery. Hello everyone. I have offered to be my dear friend, Connie's, angel and she accepted. She is a wonderful person. Her surgery is in 1.5 weeks and hope you all will continue to wish her well on her journey to the "losing side". Good luck to you Connie. You have lots of angel rooting for you!!!

Cindy, Best of wishes to you as you begin the best adventure ever!!! Take good care of yourself in the hospital. Walk, Walk and Walk some more. Burn those halls up to keep away the clots and make you feel so much better!! God speed... KimmieTN

I wish you good luck with your surgery. I had my Open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and am so happy that I did. It was the best thing I could have done for myself. May God bless you with an uneventful surgery and a quick, complication free recovery.
